Key Contributions:

• Project Performance Optimisation: I analysed key project data, such as timelines, costs, and resource allocation, to identify potential delays or budget overruns. By implementing BI solutions, I helped project managers track progress in real-time and make informed adjustments, ensuring that projects were completed on time and within budget.

• Resource Allocation & Efficiency: Using data insights, I helped construction companies optimise their workforce and material usage. By forecasting demand and analysing past project data, I enabled businesses to allocate resources more effectively, reducing waste, improving productivity, and maximising efficiency across multiple projects.

• Cost Management & Forecasting: I developed cost-tracking and forecasting models to help companies manage their budgets more effectively. By closely monitoring spend patterns and project milestones, I provided actionable insights to keep construction projects financially on track and prevent unexpected cost overruns.

• Risk Management: I worked on identifying potential risks across projects, including safety hazards, delays in supply chains, and workforce shortages. By analysing historical data, I helped companies proactively address these risks, reducing downtime and ensuring smoother project execution.
