  • Inventory Management: Managing stock levels is crucial in the online gift industry, especially during peak seasons like Christmas or Valentine's Day. I developed BI tools to help businesses monitor inventory in real time, predict demand, and avoid stockouts or overstock situations. This helped optimise product availability, reduce excess inventory costs, and improve the overall customer experience.

  • Sales & Revenue Optimisation: I used data analytics to identify trends in sales performance, helping businesses adjust pricing, promotions, and product offerings to maximise revenue. By tracking the success of marketing campaigns and product launches, I provided actionable insights that helped businesses refine their strategies and boost sales.

  • Market & Trend Analysis: The gift market is constantly shifting, with new trends emerging all the time. I worked with companies to analyse market data and track shifting consumer preferences, allowing them to stay ahead of trends and introduce new products that met the needs of their target audience.
