Forecasting & Sales: I implemented advanced forecasting models to predict market demand, helping the sales and production teams align their strategies accordingly. These insights helped reduce stockouts, optimise inventory levels, and ensure that production matched demand, resulting in improved sales efficiency.

Predictive Maintenance: By applying predictive analytics, I helped identify maintenance needs before equipment failures occurred. This proactive approach led to reduced downtime in production and improved the lifespan of manufacturing equipment.
